I am curious as to who will sign Pryce and what he will get. I doubt he will be highly coveted.

We could pass on JA and keep out first rd pick and save about 2 mill a year.

He would have to be much cheaper then that. Nobody will offer much of anything over a million I would suspect. If he can get that in Denver he would be foolish to leave. I'm not against having him back. I like Trevor and he can take over games at times although we haven't seen that TP in awhile. I would love for him to win another SB in Denver. We aren't that far away.

JA = ? in attitude and health

Does Pryce + Carter + first rd pick = JA?

Not that simple, we could get Carter and retain the 22 or 29th pick in a great draft class. There are questions relative to tude (your big issue) and health for JA

Pryce is pretty valuable against the run.

4 mil sounds like a lot for the production he brings, though.

1.5 mil with sack, tackle and games played incentives.

It's not like we are getting a high motor injury free guy that is guaranteed to deliver 10 to 12 sacks ya know

Going by the last 3 years we get...

Andre Carter 13 sacks

Trevor Pryce 12.5 Sacks

John Abraham 26 Sacks

So actually it's close but abraham still has the lead

Good idea on the incentives with a guy like Pryce.
