He's young and has the grind-it-out style that could keep our offense clicking. he averages 4.3 yards per carry. He also hasn't been busted for dealing cocaine, smoking the ganja, or being a cancer in the locker room. I'm not saying he's "the answer" ot our offense, but I think we could get an effective free agent running back for cheap.

yeah he'll do fine here....all backs do fine here but it's time for us to invest a little more than usual and get a real RB.... you get what you pay for and we need to step up our price a little bit... |

Though I'm still crossing my fingers on Bobby Humphrey. Seriously though, I think Taylor would be a good fit. Last edited by Kaylore; 03-09-2006 at 07:21 PM.. |

I am definitely on board. I have been a big fan of Chester since his days at Toledo. He might have been the most underused running back in the NFL last year. He should have received a lot more touches.

I'd bring him in easily over that fraud Jamal Lewis.
He can run and catch...GO FIGURE!!! |

I really, really doubt that Baltimore would let him get away. Especially since Jamal Lewis is as good as gone.
Although, I suppose if Mikey wants a back other than Ron Dayne, he'd better hurry cuz I doubt Ron would like to be left hangin'. |

I wasn't that high on him, I think SoCal liked him, and I respect his opinions on the draft. He's not that gifted tho. Second tier back. That's not a knock, he's an overachiever, but I don't see him as a feature back at all.
Tater has averaged 5.3 both of his years. Dayne played pretty well and Cobb is somewhere in the stadium. He should be healed by now. |
