Vince Young will bust....I think he shot put/side arm throwing motion will lead to a lot of INT's and Fumbles. You can play sandlot ball like he did in the Bowl game but it will not carry him that far in the NFL....

He's definitely got to work on his delivery, but a good NFL coach can teach him that, and good footwork too. He has all kinds of potential, but he definitely needs some coaching too. That is why I wanted the Broncos to draft him in the mid-first round of this draft (before everyone started, over hyping him, shall I say) and then let him develop a few years under Shanny's tuteledge. Oh well, those days are over...

If Cutler goes in the first, then him.

Though could Bush possibly live up to his hype in his first year?

I'm really having a hard time pinning Leinart down. He could turn out to be a fantastic NFL QB, or, he could turn out to be an NFL bust, who just happened to be surrounded by great talent at USC.

Damn tuff call.

Agree on Watson - Jelly Jr.

I think Cutler has a chance to be a decent middle of the road QB with time, but not what he is being talked up to be by some folk.

Please do not insult Ken Dorsey by comparing him to Matt Leinart.

Sorry socal, I usually agree with you, but Dorsey is career 2nd string.

I don't think that will hurt him. He's 6'5", so his passes will have no problem getting over the line. And his passes are on the money. If he is a bust, it won't be because of his side arm passes.

You can't change his delivery...if you change that you change his velocity/accuracy....same as you can't make a sinkerball pitcher an over the head pitcher.

A QB that is 6'5 and throws side arm still drops the path of the ball lower....Hopefully he watches Vick and learns not what to do...

So is Matt. The difference is that Matt doesnt have a tenth of the heart that Dorsey has.

2nd string? You must be Ken Dorsey's dad.

Sure you can. I can throw a football over the shoulder, or side arm, or somewhere in the middle. Throwing a football is alot different than throwing a baseball.

He needs to start throwing over the shoulder, and get his footwork in conjunction with is shoulders and he needs to start doing it religiously. A guy like Jim Zorn could teach him how.
