but I'm just checking back in for the first time since last Sunday.
As for Jake's fourth turnover, the last fumble on that fourth down play ... didn't a Denver lineman cover it, thus not actually turning the ball over until the lineman was ruled down? It looked to me as if we got it back, but the refs ran in and waved their hands signaling Pitt getting the ball and everyone just assumed Pitt had recovered. The game basically being over at that point, no one seemed to care how exactly the ball got turned over. The only way it makes any difference as far as I can tell is in Jake's stats. When people rag on him for losing the game with 4 TOs, it'd be nice if they were at least accurate and would credit him with 3 TOs. Or maybe I saw it wrong and Pitt did cover it. |

either way it gets pinned on jake so that people who didn't watch the game can pin 4 TO's on jake.
