Just becasue I've seen it come up a couple times in discussions regarding the defense. I want to repeat myself and inform the Masses here that Ray Rhodes, while officially still listed as the Seahawks DC suffered a stroke in September and has not worked this season. the defense that propelled SEAttle to the Superbowl was directed by John Marshall, who I believe was the LB coach.

Yea, Ray Rhodes' Seattle defense hasn't been anything special, but I think it was the players last year that led to the poor rankings. This year they've got so many good players in key positions that the d coordinator would have to be an idiot to not have a top D.
