I just hope Kubiak has had his full ATTENTION ON THIS GAME its only human nature to be divided when you are interviewing and then getting a new job!
The longer our season goes the farther behind the 8-ball Kubes will fall in putting together his new team, and in the NFL every single day is important for a head coach, particularly for a new coach coming in trying to rescue a lousy organization. So there is an inherent conflict of interest for Kubes for the rest of our season. No doubt he will have done his best to try to be focused only on the Broncos, but I doubt he really has been able to. Just the numerous conversations and phone calls to and from the Texans and his agent are valuable time away from gameplanning and execution for the Pats. Stupidest comment of the week goes to Terry Bradshaw, who justed stated that NE would hold Denver to 25 yards rushing.

I wouldn't worry about Kubiak being distracted at all. Houston wants him so bad they traveled to Denver with everything but a traveling circus. Kubiak impressed them and this deal is done. There is no angst or concern. The job is his and he will have full focus on the game. Kubiak isn't the type to lose focus. After the SuperBowl Parade, he will pack his bags. Your fussing about nothing. He spent one day in the Bye week when the team was off to interview. In fact, it was probably as much as an interview of Casserly as Kubiak. This is such a done deal it isn't even funny.
