Crowd noise
The Broncos are hoping the crowd noise at Invesco Field at Mile High will give the Patriots offense some
problems. Saturday night’s game will be the first playoff game at the stadium.
“We have the best fans in the country, and they’ll be at their best,” Shanahan said.
The biggest problem for a visiting offense in a loud stadium is hearing the snap count. That often causes
linemen to move too soon and get false start penalties. Teams also have trouble calling audibles at the line of
scrimmage.
“There’s no way you can prepare for not being able to hear, and I don’t care what team it is,” Broncos
defensive coordinator Larry Coyer said.

---------------------------------------

I sure hope we fans are "up to the task and THEN some."

Dwill says he is only 67%. That doesnt bode well for us at all, i hope Cox and Paymah step up again, because the Pats will try to spread us out for sure.

I think DWill's healthier than that ... He's probably estimating on the low end to keep the Patriots' honest.

A Broncos at 67% is like a Patriot at 24%. I still can't understand why the NFL has yet to fine the Patriots for fudging so much on their injury report. The Broncos fudged on Elway before a game with the Chargers and were fined $25,000.

Where's the equity?

they dont really fudge with it, they are just a little too honest.

every player thats still playing right now is banged up and is "probable". So Bill just pts everyone like that.

It's strange how Bruschi's been injured most of the year yet he's not on the list at all. That's odd.

Shanahan has gone to calling anyone marginal as questionable since he got fined several years ago.

In the end, its about making it hard for the other team to figure out exactly who they should be gaming. By Shanny putting a most in a bucket that is unclear, he has effectively kept doing the same thing without the fines.
