Chiefs/Broncos, Elway vs. Montana. Chiefs win, but man I will never ever forget that game.
Anyways, here's a question: How many people are actually going to stay for that whole game? I thought I read somewhere that they wouldn't be selling any booze tonight. Seriously, you'd have to be retarded drunk to sit through a Jets game... |

At least, the NFL is balancing it out by putting Sunday Night Football on free TV. NBC is going to have the power to put more favorable matchups on the schedule during the second half of the season. |

Favre after his pops passed away against the raiders. That was one of the most amazing performances I have ever seen.

1996 was the game where John Elway led Denver to another 4th quarter comeback in the friendly confines of the Oakland-Alameda Coliseium. Elway pump faked, the safety bit, and threw a bomb to Rod Smith! |

More Bronco favorites:
The Green Bay-Denver snow game in 1984. Broncos win the real "Elway-Montana" showdown in 1985. Elway's 4th quarter comeback vs. Chicago at Mile High in 1987. Denver's convincing victory at Rich Stadium in 1989. The Bills were starting to get real good and Bobby Humprhey ran all over them. Gary Kubiak leads Denver to victory in Washington D.C. subbing for a bed ridden Elway who got the stomach flu at the White House. Elway's bomb to Vance Johnson on a 4th and 10 leads to a game winning FG vs. Kansas City in 1990. That was the same game where Atwater laid out Okoye. |

A game I remember real well was a loss to the Niners....Jerry Rice came back from injury. Romo spit on that bum stokes....I wanted to win that game bad, but we lost..and that the team became more determined aft er that on the way to the Super Bowl.

This broadcast is going to be practically unwatchable with all the schmaltzy sentimentality.
Best game ever was John Elway's masterful performance in 1987, when the Broncos beat the Bears 31-29. Hopefully Gifford will come on drunk and call Howard an insufferable bastard. |

To bad MNF is leaving ABC but does we don't have to listen to Larda** Madden any more? That might be worth it. |

The Joe Washington game where I think he returned two kicks for TD's to win the game, in a driving rain. I don't remember all of the details, and I am probably dating myself. The Earl Campbell game was also great. Earl had a short career, but he sure was awesome.
