Let's hope for the patter to continue....
Our season so far.....
1 loss, followed by 5 wins.... 1 loss, followed by 4 wins.... 1 loss, followed by __ wins.... Yes, our next 3 games SHOULD be wins....and that SHOULD wrap up the division. I can't see either SD or KC going 3-0 over the next three games..... KC: @ Dallas, @ NYG, SD SD: Miami, @ Indy, @ KC Each should drop 1.....that gives us the division..... HOWEVER, Cincy now scares me in that we are in serious danger of losing the first round bye.....Cincy's remaining schedule is as easy as ours..... Cleveland @ Detroit Buff @ KC ** We just might have to win out in order to get the #2 seed, and the 1st round bye. I hate to look too far ahead....but it's hard not to since we're so close to the end of the season..... |

I dont think Cincy can go into KC and win.
We win a tiebreaker with Cincy so if we win out we get #2 seed period. If we lose one and Cincy loses to KC we get #2 seed. |

Actually, I just read that Indy will wrap up home field throughout with a win next week.....no other help needed.
So I guess, they must hold tiebreakers with Denver and Cincy if all of us finish 13-3. But the real concern is, since at 13-0....with Indy having nothing to play for, will San Diego now be able to go in there and win.....if this is the case, SD could run the table......now I'm worried. |

We're this close to a first round bye and a home playoff game. It would be nice if Indy dropped a couple of games to give us the #1 seed, but I don't see that happening. We just need to win out and not worry about what anybody else is doing. It would make me sick at my stomach if we had to depend on KC beating Cincinnati to secure the #2 seed...

Its even giving me a stomach ache reading these posts how do you think it makes us feel watching the games? We need to just play smart, win, and take care of business, none of this you win he wins and were in stuff.

If SD wins out, including a win over us, and we end up tied at 12-4 with them, who gets the tiebreaker?
