why does anyone still doubt plummer's performance on a final drive with the game on the line. see thomas george article
[URL="http://denverpost.com/broncos.ci_3279398"] CBS put up a graphic regarding plummer's history 27 4th qtr comeback wins since 1997 (his first year) most in NFL during that time. he will make his mistakes but on average he is as good as anyone at that point of the game. another foot on 4th down yesterday and he would have had #28. i'm moving on. good game. hard fought. lost to the best Oline in the league with their season on the line. Bronc's still in 1st place! |

I think that's why I'm disappointed about the whole spot/challenge thing. I think it would have been a good chance to see what Jake could have got have got going there. Could have been a great finish...
I was absolutely furious at the end of the game starting with the Lynch call, but now I've downgraded myself to angry. Maybe after I sleep today I'll go all the way down to irritated. |
