Well I hope you win that powerball, although you wont be able to get me in a room with that guy. Id rather have lunch with Carl Peterson and Al Davis.

I seriously doubt he makes it to our second pick.

Well, I guess I'll need to get DJ and Meyers to come along and act as mediators.

Id go for that. I could spend all the time talking to them and ignoring Ian.

YES IF WE GET 2 3RD ROUND PICK'S ,IF NOT I LIKE THIS Buckeye NICK MANGOLD All-American candidate and Rimington and Outland Award contender at center ... one of the top offensive linemen in college football ... big, strong, smart, tough and experienced ... will be in his third year as a starter and is the unquestioned leader of the Buckeyes' talented offensive line ... makes all the calls up front ... offensive line coach Jim Bollman rates him on a par with former Buckeye All-American and 2001 Rimington Award winner LeCharles Bentley ... like Bentley can also play guard ... has tremendous power at the point of attack but is mobile enough to pull and lead the play ... is a devastating downfield blocker ...has played in 33 games and has 21 starts under his belt heading into the 2005 campaign ... is a three-year letter winner ....iron man who has played at least 300 minutes each of the past two years

There are about a dozen very good guards who will go in rounds 2-4

Hmmm Kiper had him at 24 but he dropped off this week. Marcedes Lewis is ranked 16...and Davis and Pope are both Juniors so not on the big board...probably both better than Dr. Klopenstien.

I think Pope will be a monster, but he has said he is coming back to school next year. ther is a lot of noise about Davis, but I have not seen him much and he is quite a bit smaller than most of the other TEs coming around now.

Well, from what I have seen hes about 6'2" or 6'3" and the other guys are 6'6" 6'7"...but they all weigh about 255. I think that will make davis a better run blocker, plus he's the strongest of the bunch.

denver has some big questions coming up in the offseason such as nalen and lepsis im not sure on there cap hits on next year or if even nalen stays. but we have lived and died for the run the last few years and if those guys leave how can you replace them and still be a good offensive teamunless we go after a OT with on of our first picks and hop e that meyers can step up

tight end we have rosters being tied up with our 4 guys there. one needs to step up out of the pack hopefully putzier due to his huge contract, so i dont think we will be going tight end in the first

running back we have had really good production out of the three guys here this year and and we dont have a clear cut number one i think we are stuck at this unless we get a star latter in the draft

Wid reciever noone sticks out of the pack here .. i say we pick up a middle of the road guy here in free agency

dline pryce and brown will add up to about 17-18 million dollars in cap space this next year no to mention what we do with warren we could save alot of money by cutting pryce and brown this next year and maybe throw a pick of ours at this position for next year

line backer i thinkwere pretty darn set

defensive back nick ferguson is haveing a good year this year so is lynch but lynch is pretty horrible at playing pass support and hope our defensie backs next year dont have the sophmore blues also champ baily is a 10 million dollar hit next year

I still think the ideal draft goes something like this:

1a. Kiwi (assuming he falls to 15-17 range, which is possible b/c he's not had a dominating year)
1b. Huff (assuming that he lasts to #32. This is a Corner Back in a safties body... and he can play any position in the secondary! Considering the fact that we ALWAYS lose a CB or two late in the year, this guy would be a great addition. Wouldn't hurt my feelings if we grabbed him with 1a.)
2. Nance (Tall, athletic WR has been productive and consistent. He's in the 6'5 range and runs in the 4.45-4.5 range. Not ready to say he's another Plax, but he could be.)

I've seen worse, but I still think Broncs will find their safety as a bargain in FA. You can get a very good safety for $2m, a WR will cost $5m+ or a DL $5m+

Not a bad mock! I would hate to see Colledge go in the early second like that, but after the combine my feeling is that is probably the low point. We may have to pick him up with our second 1st rounder! If there's a huge run on OT's, he very well may go that high.

Dumervil dropping to the second is probably not going to happen, and Jay Cutler is wayyyyy too low at 23rd pick of the 3rd round...

The most obvious error in that draft is Brody Croyle going as the first pick of the third round. He was a decent college QB, but he was hurt every year and I don't think he has an ounce of meat on his bones. The kid looks like a stick figure with shoulder pads.

Omar Jacobs probably won't come out in the draft the way he has dropped.

I want Huff! I like the rest of the mock picks but I really like Huff. I think he is the next big thing at safety. With the corners we have and him at safety we will have one of if not the best playmaking secondary in football.
