Chris Berman asked Tom Jackson what Myers said after he sacked Collins. T.J. said he didn't know then Berman responded with Yeah Baby

Yeah I remember a time when getting these guys was one of the dumbest things Shanny has ever done.

My how times change in just 9 weeks.

The Michael Myers sack was a thing of beauty. It's been awhile since several D-linemen have made worthy contributions to the season. I think it's great...

Did you see the freaking speed burst on that sack? It looked like a video game. The guy sprouted jets on his arse and got to Collins before he knew what hit him.

Yeah, he came off the block quickly and got to Kerry right away. His quickness and movement along the line is hard to miss.

What is amazing is that the DL keeps getting better. Normally defenses tend to peak by this time of the year. This is the first time in a long time I've seen the defense dictate the terms of the game. They seemed to shut these guys down at will. The DL has too many guys that require double teaming. You can't get them all.

It's a little early to call it a mistake. They are changing systems and some of those guys don't fit. Some of the moves were also cap related -- they are reportedly $30 million under next season's cap. AND, it has only been 9 games. Let's see these guys finish the job -- admittedly they are surpassing my expectations to date -- before we anoint this thing a success. Not to mention, we have to find a way to sign Warren and fix Brown's deal after this season.

So in the end, I would say it was a good deal for both. Perhaps Denver gets a slight nod, but from where the Browns are they had to make some moves to start that thing going in the right direction. They got cap space, RD, and a 4th round pick out of it.

The people that made a mistake are those that laughed at Shanny (some around here included) for acquiring the "mistakes by the lake", IMO. It appears that Shanny (and company) did a wise thing in taking advantage of a situation in which Cleveland was forced to make some moves.

Bloody is back with some halfway positive comments. Its hard to critisize the Browncos, they are playing great and are exceeding my expectations. I expected them to play well, but constant pressure on the QB is awesome!

So if your going to give props to the browns for cap related moves then give Shanny props too. We got like 4 quality lineman for less than what Reggie Hayward wanted. Hows that for a cap move?

Brown is under contract for several more years all based on incenitives, however we need to sign Warren ASAP.

We will have to see how it goes but yeah I agree with you on that point.
