Looks like another media created "genius" is finally paying the piper when it comes to free agency. I was just looking at a list of the guys the Pats brought in this year.....talk about duds:
Tim Dwight Chad "anyone know where I went" Scott Chad "gone in 60 seconds" Morton David "gone in 30 seconds" Terrell Chad "benchwarmer" Brown Monty "I played in the 32 defense" Beisel....yikes Duane "toast" Starks....double yikes It only took a few years, but it looks like the Pats lucky formula of picking up unheard of talent through free agency (by and large for little $) has finally run out. |

The Pats are trying hard to plug in the right guys, but their just not getting it done. In saying that i hope on monday they crush the colts.

They all can't be gold. In fairness, if they didn't lose so many key players to injury they would be a stronger team and no one would think about signings like Morton, Terrel, and starks.
To be devils advocate: at least they ain't paying Terrell to practice and not dress. |

Starks is the biggest disappointment on that list.
Oh well. |

Starks has been a huge disappointment, but I hope he turns it around and has 2 picks this week as well as several key pass defenses. The colts need to go down!!

no doubt - although I hate the thought of those old 'phin codgers uncorking their cheap ass champagne - Colts must go down.

I am sure it is still of no coincidence that his two top (extremely good) Head coordinators just left and that this is *his* first season without them.

Injuries caught up. You can only go so long before they start to really effect a team. Happened to DEN after SB years.

I thought the name "bean" town came from a certian Sox picther's propensity to throw at batters. :-)
