Is there any way to compress a file so i can make it smaller?

im trying to add more frames to my avy but if i add any more than the file becomes to large

If you're using jpg, convert them to gif file format. You can do that by using your picture editing software and "save as" gif format.

I'm assuming that you are using a .gif that is animated correct? If so, you can save your work with a different quality save setting (if you use Photoshop or Fireworks at least), which will compromise your quality enough to make it into an avatar. How big is the file right now? Are you near the goal of 150 kbs?
