Do I Start:
M. Muhammad or D. Northcut @ WR? Muhammad is the better WR, but the Bears are going up against Baltimore. Northcut and the Browns are going up against Detroit. The "projected stats" for this week says that Muhammad will have the better day, but I really don't trust Chicago's QB, especially against B-More. T. Bell or W. Parker @ RB? Seems like a no brainer, as Bell has been going for big yards and scores lately. But, Parker gets a lot of carries, wheras Bell splits time with MA. The "projected stats" says that Parker will have the better day against Cincinnati, but Tatum seems to get better every week. |

Edwards playing for the Browns? If not I'd go with Northcutt... if he is go w/ Mushin.
Go with Bell! Willie Parker got good touches last week but Cowher and Bettis both admitted that The Bus should have touched the ball more vs the Jags. Look for the Bus to get more carries and all of the goal line touches! |

Braylon Edwards is out for like 6 weeks with a staph infection. That's the reason I picked up (and wanted to start) Northcut.
And yeah, I agree with Bus coming back, those touches might become less and less, and Tatum may be the better option, especially as he continues to gain favor from Shanny. |

I believe Edwards may still be out so Northcutt would be the best choice. But Baltimore's D is not what it was and they have some injuries on that D. Agreed on Bell. Bettis will get the bulk of the scoring more than likely.

Just remembered that Ed Reed is out as well. Still, you know that the Ravens will put alot of pressure on the rookie. I think you have to go with Northcutt.

Well, Northcut is in. Anybody got a line on if Plaxico is playing? I may end up putting in Muhammad in instead of him, as they have him as questionable.
And Tatum is getting the nod, I don't care if I lose, he's the man. |

I just looked up Northcutt and Mushin's targets per game.
Mushin: 12, 9, 12, 9, and 12. Seeing how I can recognize an A/B pattern with the best of them...I'll go out on a limb and say that 9 targets isn't out of the question! Northcutt: 9, 5, 1, 4, 8. Those 8 targets last week resulted in 4 receptions for 60 yards vs the Ravens. The reason I post this is b/c I've always been under the belief that to get yards or TD's you have to get looks. I'd go with Mushin based on this, but it's a tough call either way. Good luck! |
