Practice Report for Friday
WR Plaxico Burress did not practice today because of back spasms and was added to the injury report as questionable. LB Carlos Emmons, LB Reggie Torbor and S Gibril Wilson, all of whom have ankle injuries, did practice.

I hear on the messageboards that Burress is faking it to get out of practice.

But if he's out... We gotz champ on Amani, and a very frustrated Eli on sunday

QUESTIONABLE
OLB Carlos Emmons (Ankle)
OLB Barrett Green (Ankle)
OLB Reggie Torbor (Ankle)
SS Gibril Wilson (Ankle)

All starters except green and at Left Outside Linebacker emmons and green are the only one listed on there depth chart so they jusT may be hurting bad in that position.Torbor is also the starter on the right side, Also OUT is CB William Peterson (Back) is the starting right CB. So 2nd string Deloatch should be in for peterson.

Just found this.....

Torbor and Wilson were upgraded from questionable to probable.

He sure faked a lot of back spasms last year during games as well.

I hope he plays just so there are no excuses for anyone to give. Their injuries suck, but if they cant go, the team has to go out and get the job done regardless, they cant become complacent or it will bite them.

Amani Toomer has had some good games against Champ so I hope Champ can step it up.
