Default For 5 weeks we've heard about the Colts new and improved D....

.....and it took them 15 minutes to return to form.

Honestly who didn't see that one coming?

Ehhh 5 games vs. 15 mins and you feel like the 5 games is the exception to the rule?

The Colts are improved no doubt...

Are they the real deal? I have no idea. One bad game isn't some magic empirical evidence that the Colts defense can't do great things all season.

This is the first real offense they've seen this year.

I'd say after 15 minutes of that.. they look like they may still have some 'issues'.

only 1 of those teams has a winning record, as opposed to us having played only 1 team with a losing record. Every team we have beaten is .500 or better, I'll take our Browncos over their inflated stats any day

They are a little better but as Slap has listed you are looking at the real reason why they are so highly rated....All 5 teams are in the bottom 3rd in the league in offense. 31st, 25th, 26th, 22nd and 19th....and the 31st offense is actually the worst in the NFL now that Alex Smith is under center which he was against the Colts.

Cory Simon was a huge upgrade that they badly needed on the DLine but the rest is the same garbage as before until Marlon Jackson gets healthy and earns a spot on the field.

Not even close....Only fumbled twice in his career. Carried it 159 times before is first fumble...That is better than Tater and Sarge.

How many carries this year 30-40 and 2 lost fumbles? has to be up there in ratio.

Bell has not lost a fumble this year, thus has not cost his team 2 possesions which I believe has led to 14 points

And your point? Do you feel fumbling and being lucky enough to not lose it is a talent? He is a fumbler and LJ is not....Deal with it.

Leave it to a chiefs fan to talk about how a team has improved on defense.

I'm not sold...they're not really stopping the Rams. And they've had the easiest "trip" in the NFL this year, spotting teams with poor offenses. Seems like everything in the NFL is instantly "Great". Great qbs, great defenses, etc., etc...

If you think that team has not improved on defense then you know nothing about football.

Oh big deal they are better then they were last year. Your point. They still suck. All talk no show against a decent opponent. Reminds me of a AfC West team who claimed to get better on the defensive side of the ball. But you guys are giving up what 370 yards plus a game which is 30th in the nfl. Why don't you go ahead and tell me about your improvement. I guess 30th is better then being dead last. Blame that on your new heros INdy.

Typical...you have to change the rules to make your point.

I wasn't saying they were the best defense in the league. I was saying they were better than last year.

You conceeded that point.

Don't you think its funny you have to change the subject or put words in someones mouth to make what you say valid?

The Colts have a solid defense it's just tough to slowdown the Rams on turf. That speed kills!

Im not sold on their D at all. Until they play a team with an offense or a winning record for that matter I will pay more attention. When they play the Pats ill watch and see how this awesome defense does.
