Default I was so disappointed that I had forgotten...

that after such a terrible second half performance in Miami where we lost Champ, Anderson, and Walls, and lost control of a 6-3 game, we only lost 34-10 and the extra 7 for Miami was added on a play that happened as time expired where JTaylor ran back a fumble recovery.

It wasnt as bad as I remembered. I just thought that I would share my newfound optimism!

Not until next season. That game is still an eyebrow-raiser on our record. Not to mention that my brother is a Dolphins fan and I watched the game with him and got the worst of it.

Carolina also lost on the road to Miami...so Denver is not the only good team to stumble there.

You look at the playlist of that game and realize we were 6-3 at the half....while our playcalling was in the toilet. You'd think a first-week performance by Shanahan would have been savy enough to NOT call TB for 3 straight runs into Traylor's gut. Doh!

I'm blaming that game on Kubes. Our playcalling turned a 180 after Miami, mixing in the short gainers and dumpoffs.

The bottom line is that we have won 4 in a row since that Miami game. We always lay an egg in at least one game, and I hope that one was it...
