Default Jeremy Bloom getting an agent - who is he?

Just read this - to you locals, what's the deal on this guy? Guess he's from Colorado and since I don't watch college football I have no clue who he is. Draft guy says he may go between 4 and 7th round as it sits now.

This is worth starting a thread on the NFL board?

One word to describe Bloom, speed. Dangerous kickoff & punt returner. Definitely worth a late round pick to a team looking for a return specialist. Can play receiver also.

Yep - he's a local kid, storied college career forced out now coming back. Seems like a gifted athlete but who is he?

Let me ask - why did you take the time to post junk without at least commenting on the guy? Ok, so you don't approve of the topic yet you waste your time to bash the post without so much as commenting on the subject?

Just curious

Do you not know? Then simply move on. Easy like that - don't comment and it falls out of the first page before you know it. Reply and it generates views, your call.

Then if D-Will continues to start this year I would consider taking a shot at this kid late to replace Darrent on ST's. Broncos' coaches i'm sure have had a good look at him being close and all.

He's one of the best freestyle moguls skiers in the world and he wants to try and play in the NFL after the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy.

Bloom went to Loveland High School before attending CU. He's also a model, which I'm sure will be the butt of many jokes if he makes an NFL roster.

It's arrogant to think you're an NFL player when you have NFL speed?

The hits just keep coming from the ignorant one.

Having seen every time Bloom touched the ball at CU, all I can say is DRAFT HIS ASS! Superior physical skills. Superior speed. Super competitive attitude. Makes things happen. Already a top quality kick/punt returner and has without a doubt, the kind of athleticism that could easily be coached into a top flight receiver. Dwight and Kasper shouldn't even be mentioned in the same class with this guy. Would be a fourth round steal.

Mock - You've obviously never seen him play. He is fearless, smart, has great hands and will be one of the fastest guys in the NFL. Before he gave up trying to fight the NCAA, there was noise of him being a round 2-3 choice. He is making great money skiing and in advertising. The NCAA wanted to take that away from him.

Hell, they did take that away from him at least the football aspect.

I'm thinking the dude has to be a very competitive person, exceptional athlete, knows how to train, etc... just seems smart to me. We've spent better picks on worse projects in my opinion.

He's 5-8 165 and wants to compete for the world skiing cup again in 2006.

You people are morons.

Now that Darrent Williams has shown us that his true value is at corner, I wouldn't mind the Broncos picking up Bloom in the later rounds at all.

Mock proves his knowledge once again in this thread.

He's an average receiver at best, but he'd be a top 5 return man immediately.

Mock is totally against it and I want to know why? I don't know the kid so.....

Mock, you worried about his commitment to the game or something else? Size? Talent level? What is it?

Would be one of the fastest players in the game if he made it in the NFL. Said today he wants to a # 3 or 4 reciever and kick returner. Just finished a movie (forgot the name), is training for the Olympics AND NFL working out 5-6 days a week.

If we can waste a 3 on Clarett we can take a chance on this kid.

Dainty Hall is 5'8, 187. But I forgot, you're the authority on everything, even though you've never actually seen him play.

Have another one you pathetic lush.

Quit being a homer.... The kid has return skills, not nearly to the level of Dwight, but 'could easily be coached into a top flight reciever' is a HUGE overstatement.

Definitely worth a late round pick if he's still on the board by then. More like Dainty Hall than DWill is IMO.

Absolutely. Especially since it would save some wear & tear on Darrent Williams, who is a starter at corner a lot faster than anyone anticipated.

Bloom wouldn't be much as a receiver, but he'd be exciting as all get out on returns.
