Whatever you do, when you wake up in the morning, don't reply to anyone on this thread. Within a half a day, it will be buried down on page 2 or 3, and you can just forget that you ever started it. Someday, hopefully, you can think back on it and roll your eyes - as in, "Wow. That was pretty stupid!"

Now go and learn from your mistakes, son. We all like you here. But if you say something like this in anything but the cyber world, you're likely to get your ass kicked.

Well, that makes me feel A LOT better!

Actually, the good news, Bob, is that for the first time in a very long while, the Chiefs gave up less yards than the Broncos today.

Just doing my duty to keep this towards the top of the first page. Everyone should have the chace to weigh in on this incredibly progressive theory you have.

It's not exactly equivalent... but it's the best I can do given what I have to work with...

This is like saying you hope Elway doesn't return from his injury because Bubby Brister is doing so well. You want your best player on whatever side of the ball on the field at all times.

Look, we held Brunell who is just coming into his prime to only 322 yards passing and two TD's. To think we missed Champ is absurd!

Paymah had a monster game...

It was that ugly...

Yes.

Do you fully understand how p*ssed off Washington will be coming into Arrowhead?

...and that's not the best part...you then spend two weeks on the road against those 'hapless' Dolphins followed by a (soon-to-be) statement game from LaDamion Tomlinson.

I sugggest you start buttering up one of their boards before they send you home with your panties in a wad & your season in a pile.

Brady and the Pats went after DeAngelo Hall all game long. Deoin Branch schooled him big time and Daniel Graham had a huge run and some nice catches on that side of the field as well.

Not only will we need Champ back healthy for this game but we'll need our big nickel package to get the job done against their spread it out offense since Dillon is struggling and left the game late with some injury.

If Champ gets a real injury putting him in too early that will be stupiderer than anything Snake posted.

The Patriots are going to take the Broncos apart if they use the same game plan they used for this game. Brady was 22/27 3 TD for 350 yards.

Paymah? Walls? The other rookies? This is live ammo for the rookies to deal with.

Jesus didn't have anything to do with this. The Preachers are saying he is too busy causing hurricanes in places of sins to worry about what the Broncos are doing.

Yeah, rookies learning on the job putting the whole season at risk gives me a real hard on.

No thanks. Champ will now have had three weeks off for a strained hammy. He almost played this week. This defense is severely handicapped without him. If we're worried about Champ being so fragile that he could have his season ended when he finally returns what good is he? This is football, there is always some risk, but we need Champ out there as soon as possible.

Personally I think the hammy was probably ready this week, but the combination of giving it and his shoulder an extra week is worth it. Dislocated shoulders don't get better when you're tackling guys every Sunday. He's now had three weeks with basically no contact, and he should be coming back fresh for next week, our first real test of the season.

People two things, First if Champ had played Brunell would still had lots of passing yards. The corners were giving the Skins WR 5-7 yard cushion on every play. No press coverage yesterday. That because of their speed and the conditions. Coyer wasn't going to let them beat us deep on Sunday or let the rookie slip at the line and watch Moss go deep. Second, Champ brings the the swagger to the defense, When he there everyone plays better.

Need I repeat myself again Bob, who cares if the Broncs gave up 500 passing yards never mind 350. The defense including the rookie CB's made the plays when it mattered most. A team can march up and down the field all day but if they struggle to score 7 everytime they're in the redzone (AKA Redskins this season), they're gonna lose ball games.

No playoff places for great pass defenses (yardage wise) just for wins!!

You need to quit huffing Paint & switch back to Crack.

We gave up 19 points because he was not in the game. If Champ were in there instead of Pyma I doubt that bull**** holding call on 4th down gets called late in the game. I also doubt any receiver goes over 100 yds receiving plus he may have got an INT.

BTW I sure hope you change your underwear after each win, hope you don't wear the same pair all week as to not "ruin the flow".

Your logic is flawed. There is a cause/effect in almost everything. You have drawn many wrong conclusions.

1. He blows coverages alot? Champ wears No. 24 not No. 35. You must be looking at some other number. Stay sober during the games.

2. Champ not playing (cause) has absolutely no influence on the Denver Broncos winning (effect) except if he is unable to do his job because of the restrictions caused by the hamstring issue.

3. I will look for the golden lining in what you may be trying to say. It is great for our young fast corners to get playing time they would not ordinarily get. The game time experience is immeasurable.

People underestimate what a big time receiver Deion Branch is because he's been held back by injuries and the nature of the Patriots spread the ball around theory of offense. Anybody who's seen the way Branch has elevated his game in post season play knows we're going to need Champ next week.
