Using one of those picks to get Vince Young or Marcus Vick (if they declare eligible)
You think we are a great rushing team now? Imagine what Shanny could do with that. Bootleg with Vick would be unreal! Either one of those guys could sit and watch Plummer for a year (unless he blows it in that case we'd put the rook in immidately) Since we are being so conservative on "O", let's get a real running threat at QB. You agree..if not who'd you like to see us draft? |

I have no idea where these people get this idea from. Marcus is 6 foot even and doesn't have the physical tools Mike does. He plays in a system where they throw about 10 times a month. To so nothing of the fact that he has already been arrested for sex with underage girls and posession. "Virginia Tech quarterback Marcus Vick was arrested Tuesday and accused of serving alcohol to three underage girls in his apartment and having sex with a 15-year-old girl. " http://www.houstonianonline.com/medi...s-611919.shtml "Marcus Vick Arrested for Reckless Driving, Possession of Marijuana" http://www.techsideline.com/newsarch...040706news.htm If he ever starts a game in the NFL as a QB I'll be completely shocked. And didn't we learn from throwing a pick away on Clarett? ![]() Last edited by DrFate; 10-17-2005 at 12:34 PM.. |

Agree with this. Bing is just starting to become a dominat force. Playing in our secondary would be the finishing touch and the TOs would really increase. It would also be good to get a S that could spend a year being mentored by Lynch before he retires. Getting a Dominant LT is the way to go, because this is a very rare draft to have so many available, very rare indeed. I think this would set up for getting a QB in 2007, Brohm being my choice or the Arizona St QB, cant recall his name. Anyways, good call!! |
