I think so, very very good athlete, not much of a possesion WR, but does possess the deep threat every play. He will probably steadily improve this year, but while Gibbs is coach he wont ever reach his potential IMO.

I think he COULD be the real deal. At this point I think the better quetion is the Brunell who through him those two passes the real deal. Moss has speed, can get open, and can catch the ball even you guiys can't dent that!! But this is a different Brunell than last year so far, so I think he will determine how much of a factor Moss and Co. really are

Brunell needs to time to sit in the pocket....most of is career he had a lightsout LT in Boselli...there is no one close to that in all of football right now...and this weekend....he's not going to have time to setup in the pocket.

I'am going to guess shanahan is going to pound brunell with pressure thus eliminating moss and company forcing gibbs to go to the ground.

Only 3 games played, and i think 11th in the league in recieving.

The 2 tds were good. He got robbed from one this week and everytime he catches the ball he has the potential to go the distance. Runs good routes, has good hands and can catch the ball in traffic. He has a very high vertical jump, he's just short...IMO that is his only drawback. We stole him from the Jets and he has been producing very well for us.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Did you know you have 52 pages of butt pics?....... Anyway. I suspect you are right. (DISCLAIMER - I am NOT comparing your D to Seattles D - I've seen the reception it gets) But that is what Seattle tried to do and it opened up intermediate routes to Thrash and Cooley pretty regularly. I'm guessing that we'll see more of the same. I'm hoping we can get Portis a couple good runs early to open up the play action game.....

I thought the Jests were happy to get Coles back? Not that it'll do them any good with a righthanded qb with only an left arm and Fiddler.

jam the guy at the line. he's a little dude and will not react well to a 6'4" guy putting his hands on him...BEFORE THE 5 YARDS, LENNY!

He dropped 2 in the endzone last week. I was loving that.

But we have LB's we cover thos intermediate routes.

If we can stop the running game again this week, it'll be fun to see the Bronco DL pin their ears back and rush the passer again.

Plus, with our Big Nickel we have an extra saftey on the field who has played well against the likes of Gates and Gonzo.

And besides the Dallas game his stats are

10 cathes for 183 yards.

An average of 91.5 yards per game. I would say that is pretty good and consistant.

Also...you gotta catch the dude to jam him...but i dont know how good he is at blocking. Cant be that good since he is small.

He's a deep runner...but he's only had one exceptional year. I've watched all the redskin games this year because in Virginia...and I'm subjected to it. I've watched Moss in college when he was playing for Miami..I'm a VT Alum...and I've never been impressed with him until the catches he made against Dallas the other week...but that was just one game.

- That's what we'll have to figure out I guess

- No it wouldn't be fun at all. I really want to see Portis get rolling this week.

- I'm not sure how often you guys use your nickel but I'm assuming it's on 3rd and long type situations........ we'll just have to deal with that when we get there

i'm assuming that, standing directly in front of him and not 2 feet away, that getting hands on him will not be difficult. throwing off his route by 1-2 seconds will give our big dogs that much extra time to knock brunell all the way to Colorado City.

I've been saying for years thrash is a good receiver and was kinda bummed we didn't pick him up after he left DC the first time...he's not going to win your fantasy league....but he's a good guy. But the guy you gotta beat ain't on the field...he's in the press box and you have to get him guessing...the run can do that for you...but man...we shut down the run pretty good. It was funny the other week when they were talking about SD not getting LT the ball enough after two games....if you saw Denver play them in week two...you'd realize that it wasn't that they didn't want to give the ball to him...they couldn't...because the coaches lost confidence early in the game about their ablitiy to run the football. I think the key player this week for you guys is Betts early...portis late.
