Mary Collins should get one to practice throwing to Champ! Mandy Ross should be giving up on a lot of plays now that they are 0-3

I'd get one of these if it were $45, not $145. When they get licensed by the NCAA I might have to break down and get a Miami fathead for my game room. It's too bad they can't make fatheads for college players; I'd imagine guys like Reggie Bush, Adrian Peterson, Ted Ginn Jr., Devin Hester, etc would sell like hotcakes to fans. |

Wow, those wall deals are freakin' cool, although expensive. I'd love to get a bunch of players for a game room someday. Way cool.

Those things shouldn't cost more than 30 bucks including S&H. They probably have to give the NFL 50 bucks for every photo. Bunch of leeches. For 50 bucks even, you might splurge, but give me a break. Most of that crap is so overpriced when they put it on sale it's just a gimmick. Gee...on sale for 100 bucks. How amusing. They must cost about 3 bucks a copy to make, if that.

I'm going to start a thread on uniforms and colors next week . . . maybe nobody cares, but I think it's sad how so many NFL teams are abandoning bright, gorgeous colors - and replacing them with, all together now: "navy blue and/or black." The only reason they're doing it is to sell more merchandise. "What's wrong? Pats, Rams, Broncos, Seahawks and Bills fans aren't buying enough $150 royal blue Starter jackets? No problem! We'll change all their colors to navy blue!" And they did - every one of them - and all within a 4 or 5-year span. Not to mention the Texans opened with navy blue, and the Oliers/Titans added navy as their dominant color - diminishing that gorgeous powder blue and all but eliminating the red. And it's not just football - how about the Mets and Royals?). The playing fields look too boring now. Only the Colts have royal blue as their dominant color now. Even the Dolphins now have black accents. And any day now - you can bet the mortgage - you're gonna start seeing black highlights start creeping into the Chefs' uniforms. And later, a little more - and more - and finally they're the Falcons or Cardinals (the Cards just added black this year). Last edited by BroncoBuff; 10-01-2005 at 02:51 AM.. |

http://www.orangemane.com/BB/showthread.php?t=13867 My wife took a small sticker, 6" x 3" and traced it onto paper. Then she drew a grid over the tracing 1" squares. We then put up a 6' X 3' grid on the wall with 1' squares. She traced what she saw in each square and I painted it in. It was fun. |

Way over priced! Plus, I don't think i have the room for it in my basement.
What the hell are they made of? They can't be those cardboard easle backs you see in a bar. Those things are only around $25. Is it ceramic? Plaster? Hard plastic? Anyone know? |
