That image is too large. The maximum dimensions are 200 by 250 pixels.

Can you downsize it to make it work ?

No but I can tell you how to do it.

Open it up in MS Paint.

Press CTRL W.

Change percentages of horizontal and vertical to 75 each.

Save.
