Just like I can tell my grandchildren I saw Walter Payton and John Elway play. I can say the same thing about Tom Brady.

Brady didn't do much on that last drive, IMO. He just dumped the ball.

His guys made some plays though....Faulk caught a one-handed pass that was thrown way behind him and turned it into 20yds. Pass caught another dump off for 15yds to set up the winning FG.

The Pats make plays when they need to......

Your so full it it's humorous.

I kept wondering why Pitt was stopping the clock.

Just like he didn't do against Denver and Vinatarii in the driving snow, just like he won the SuperBowl 3 times! Give me a freaking break. He's rediculous.

1:27 to play, no time outs, no problem. Our special teams bring it out to the 38 and we matriculate down the field....

He's done it a dozen times now.

I don't like or dislike the Patriots, but I have a hard time hating them, other than Billickick is an ass at times. He's worked on that tho.

It's a hard team to hate, trust me, I have tried. I have never seen a more resilient team in my life. They have lost both coordinators, Bucshi, Harrison, some starting linbacker yet still rallied. Yes they gave up the tying TD, but they just marched down and knocked it thru like a walk in the park.

This wasn't the Arizona Cardinals at home, it was Pitt away, and Pitt wanted this game bad. Who honestly didn't expect Brady to march down with less than two minutes to have Vinateri kick the winning fieldgoal at the bell?

What I found impressive was their second half adjustments. In the first half Pitt was making the NE O look ordinary. Through these SB years they have been excellent at making adjustments. It is also impressive how their D comes to life when is time to put the game away (despite the TD allowed for the tie).

What's happened to all the Brady haters? I can remember being nearly a voice in the wilderness in supporting him in the not too distant past.

I think you have to credit some of Brady's success to what he was able to learn from Brian Griese back in Michigan. If it wasn't for Griese, Brady probably wouldn't be the QB he is today.

......and that is why Don Majkowski is my hero

There isnt a QB I would rather have in the league than Brady. Manning, Culpepper and McNabb are very good QBs but this guy is great, thats my opinion anyway

I called Tom Terrific Mr. Charismic 4 years ago during the Griese wars.

Whatever "it" is, just like Elway, he's got it. Most amazing is he's not fleet of foot, doesn't have a particuliarly strong arm either. He just makes the right reads and makes accurate throws.

Hell, he was missing players, they certainly were missing defensive players. That team never fails to astound me.

Classical ending, Brady vs. Ben. Big Ben left just enough time for the magic of Brady. Just like Elway did with Montana.

Big Ben played well with what he was given today. He's a tough SOB to take down! Most other QBs roll over in a lot of those same situations.

The Patriots deserved to win this game, but it was frought with goofiness that almost spoiled the celebration....and we eked another one out in the same fashion we have done so many times now.

The Boston media is killing Cowher for leaving that much time on the clock for Brady to work his magic.

After losing Harrison and Matt Light you got to see how resilient and deep the Pats are. No excuses - win or lose.

And I really don't think the ref should make that PI call to give the Steelers 4 more downs to let them tie the game at 20. It just made it more painful.

Both of Big Ben's losses were to the Patriots. No shame in that.
