He still throws a hard ball to catch. He puts a lot of pressure on his WRs. Almost all of his passes are a little behind, a little ahead, a little high or a little low. If the WRs keep making the catches Jake is effective. That being said Props to Charlie Adams. he did well.

Good take. I thought he played pretty damn well today. He played smart, he was finding guys, etc. He didn't force things, and I know it frustrates people when it's 3rd & 10 and we make a 5 yard pass, but he took what the D gave him, and didn't force things downfield. Only 1 INT on a tipped ball.

The fumble was ****ty, as it basically killed that drive, and missing the wide open Adams wasn't good, but overall I thought he played well today.

It wasn't even a tipped ball the hit the Dlineman in the helmet!!

That's the problem with a 6' QB.

Agreed on Charlie Adams. As much as I am disappointed in what seems to be Darius Watts' regression, much of it is offset by the fact that we finally seem to have a viable Number 3 wideout threat in Adams. He seems to get open, and catch the balls that are thrown to him. And you have to think he will only get better as the season goes - what does he have, eight career receptions prior to this year?

I mean, he's not Travis McGriff - but who is?

He's 6'2"....which while not prototypical is about the average height for an NFL QB.

That is so true but the dog needs to be able to see over the line to throw the ball.... It doesn't help that this dog also has a somewhat of a sidearm deliver.

I got Jakes autograph tonight & I thought I was looking down on him & I am only 5"11.

That said the Oline was getting beat all day & he had to throw quickly. I thought he did well, wish we ran more motion moving the FB & HB into & out of slot, keeps the defense off guard a bit & tends to show their play calls early.

I don't like the 2 TE set with out motion. we cannot beat strong Dlines straight up.

What about the size of the dog that you trip on? Is there a saying for that?

Yes, but can your dick blitz off the edge and cover the tight end?

I watched the game and I thought Plummer played well. The passing game looked a bit dumbed down (alot of short routes and quick passes), but Plummer did a fine job without much of a running game.

I'm still wondering where the designed roll outs and play action bootlegs are. Just about every single passing play the Broncos have run this season has been from the pocket where it's well known and statistically proven that Plummer is far less effective.

I can't understand for the life of me why they aren't playing to their strengths but it might have a little something to do with the offensive struggles we've seen the first two weeks. Just a thought.
