I can't say which was worse. His NFL playing days? Or his days as an analyst?

SO FREAKING LONG to one of the worst hacks out there. I hated the dude when he was with CNN-SI, and I really hated him at ESPN for being a pretentious dipstick.

I almost cant believe that ESPN actually made a good buisness decision... wow... just wow!

So long Trev, you worthless sack of S***. The idiot never knew the difference between the college rules and the pro rules.

To quote the great philosopher, Leslie Nielsen, "I knew he was about as secure as a gerbil in a bath house".

I actually liked him fairly well...Fairly knowledgeable and would speak up and be honest rather than just rolling over and giving the typical PC response to everything.

Can you tell me what school Trev went to? Now tell me what schools the other guys on set went to?
The guy could not be objective at all if kNU was in the conversation. He was a ridulous homer.

As much as I liked Trev as a player, I never cared for him much as a tv guy.

He was a stud in college though.

P.S. Mark May blows donkey chunks too.

"Focus on being the best team in your conference before trying to compete for the National Championship."

Probably my favorite Trev Alberts quote, directed at OSU a few days before the BCS bowls back in 2002, he tried claiming that Iowa would beat OSU and should've won the Big 10 that year.

Result: Iowa gets blown out by USC, Ohio State beats Miami to win the National title...take that one!

I agree with Naptown. I thought Trev's comments were a lot more interesting to listen as oppose to Mark May and his blandness.

I would have been a lot happier if Mark May got canned.

I believe May went to Pitt and thus has nothing to homer about. And you being a CU fan tells me why you didn't like him as much as anything else. I would prefer to listen to Alberts than Corso's self promotion any day of the week. At least Alberts brought some knowledge to the table.

Notice that there are a lot of non-CU fans that can't stand the guy? Nice try Nappy. Hell we've even had a NU poster say they did not care for the guy. I think he sucked, you don't. I am sticking with my opinion of Trev as an analyst, thanks.
