Just got released by Dallas if we need a receiver to take over for Rice. What do you guys think?

I think Denver planned on keeping 5 WR's when they made their cuts. Bringing in Morgan would be at the expense of Devoe. I like Devoe and don't want to see him go... I do think Quincy is a good WR though.

He's a bust...they had to actually spend time here teaching him how to catch the balll. No joke.

Stick with what we've got - I'd rather fill Rice's spot with another position

With all the drama about keeping Rice over some of our other young talent, I don't want to waste that sace on another WR castoff.

Agreed. It seems as though the intent was to have Jerry Retire instead of cut him.

Unless you meant the "Rice" was right but the only thing Rice is right about is retiring - shoulda happened about three years ago. Maybe Quincy should sign with the Eagles but that wouldn't mike him a Flyer because the Flyers play hockey not football and Morgan would be awful on skates - he's barely competant in cleats. What was the question again? Last edited by TexanBob; 09-05-2005 at 01:15 PM.. |

With Pierce and Fatafehi cut, I would love to see another ex-KSU player on the team...
I'M KIDDING Quincy Morgan was a good college WR, but he reminds me of Triandos Luke...without the return skills. He would make some good plays and then make some plays that are completely boneheaded. I think we should look elsewhere for players off the waiver wire. |

I heard the Vikes are looking at Koren Robinson, not that this has anything to do with this thread. I just didn't want to start a new one about it
