Fantasy League Controversy - The Orange Mane

I was in a draft last night and one of the owners sneezed while he was on the clock in round four. The Commissioner thought he heard Houshmandzadeh and he made the guy keep the pick.

How would you folks rule on that?

I told him to cheer up, he might have got the Chiefs defense instead. That stopped the draft for several minutes while we all had a good laugh at the Chiefs expense.

I'd let him repick if it went down like this:

owner1: sneezes
commish: owner1 takes Houshmanzadeh
owner1: NO!
commish: too late

if it went:
owner1: sneezes
commish: owner 1 takes Housh
pause....then laughter from making a stupid pick
owner1: NO! It was a sneeze

I would say no.
