Default Where do my Donkey buds stand on RB?

Seems like the Pot-Smoking Marine is making a case for starter.

MA has earned the job. I am extremely disappointed that Tatum could not beat him out, but Mike has undoubtedly earned it. I still think that Tatum will overtake him at some point in the season though, maybe the 3rd or 4th game or something.

Mike Anderson will be the man going into the season. Whether he stays there, I don't know. I still look for Tatum and Ron Dayne to step up to the plate and grab the solid #2 spot. I think Shanahan will give both those guys some carries in the Arizona game.

Probably because MA needed a breather.

Does it matter? Either of the three will probably have career games against KC.

I think either MA, Bell or Ron Dayne could all have a 1,500 yard season. This isn't RBBC, its three guys that could all lead the League in Rushing.

Anderson has earned it. Bell will back him up and Dayne will stay on as the 3rd RB. Clarett & Q are on the bubble.

Mike's the starter right now, no question. He is 32, however and there are always injuries. Obviously Tatum needs more time and work, but he could step up in the middle of the season.

I feel the same as Socal. I'm so disappointed in Tatum. I had a $300 dollar bet on the line with him out rushing Julius Jones this year. Now, I will most likely lose that bet. I'm extremely disappointed with Bell. Then again, I'm happy for Mike because he has earned it. Although he was the starter going into camp, I don't think anybody expected him to be the man this year.

Tatum's Pass protection and poor pass reception skills have kept him behind the marine monster. Period. MA was the starter because he can do the whole package, while Tatum still has glaring weaknesses in the passing game.

Tatum And Jeb need to get their collective heads out of their A**** and Learn to block better. Mike is not going to allow them to be first teamers until they can play every play at a higher level than they currently do.

I must say, if Shanahan shares your opinions, I'm thrilled. I want Tatum Bell as far away from the field as possible.

Dayne ran wild against KC in preseason last year so yes
you make a valid point.....and again the KC "D" looked like an "F " last night.
