That'll be a real interesting game. OU should win since they're home and are the overall better team, but I could see a tight defensive battle. Texas-TCU could also be a close game if Texas plays like last week. Add Wake-NU, and there are several intriguing OOC games in the Big XII this week.

I think our O is going to get a huge boost from Purify. Keller and him seem to have a connection.

Thank You.

It will be nice to get a big win and have NU back on the national radar.

I'm just hoping I don't over do it before the game... heading to Lincoln that morning to mess with the ESPN guys and get good and primed before kickoff.

You thought wrong!!! None the less, it's a good road win. If the Huskers play like they did this past Sat. against $C, they are in for a long day. If I'm $C, I'm bringing the house nearly every play. Keller seems to get rattled with pressure. I truly hope the Huskers can make a game of it. They can't turtle like they did last year. The other thing that's scary is $C has had two weeks to prepare for this game. If I'm a husker fan, I praying for crappy weather, and anything else short of the ASU thuggery (7 fuggin personal fouls? **** Dennis Erickson) to give the corn an advantage.

I'm jealous that you'll get to be there. I wonder if they'll tear down the goalposts afterward. I can't remember the last time we did (when have we been that excited to win a home game?)

Marlon Lucky HAS TO have a good day. Otherwise, $C will be teeing off on Keller. PA is the key for the Huskers.

I hope you guys win BTW...

I was very surprised by Wake's performance but very happy as well. They have been in the cellar for quite a while so im glad they are playing top notch football again. Now, if i can get my Cavaliers to play at that level than things would be great.

Yea, i know that man but you have to understand prior to last year the Deacons were a team that no one in the ACC feared. They were Duke Lite prior to the past couple of seasons. But after seeing what the Huskers did in the first game i didnt know if Wake had enough talent to make it a contest. It was nice to see they did or at least played at very high level.

The definitely deserve props for how they played last week. They may not win the ACC again this year, but they'll be right in all there games.

Anyway, bring on the Trojans. In Lincoln we have more than a chance at this thing. Even our crappier teams as of late have played top teams tough at home (see Texas in 06).

Wake was a trap game for NU.... a scrappy team, on the road, coming off a close loss (the previous week to a good BC team), and before NUs big showdown with USC.

I think you will see Nebraska play much better at home against USC... and get the win.

Is it Saturday yet?

BTW I won't be at the actual game. My brother and I are going to a fraternity alumni event at the Embassy Suites downtown Lincoln... big screens, cash bar, and all the tailgaiting/partying downtown that comes before and after the game.

Husker Frickin' Power! I'd love just to be in Lincoln to be part of the atmosphere, especially since it's going to be an all day event. Which means the stadium in going to be well imbibed and rowdy.

Yeah, the wifey and I are going to spend the day with my parents and watch the game. Looking forward to it. Amazing sometimes, everytime I get in the car during a huskers game, NO ONE is on the road. And, the funny looks I get from the cashiers at the grocery store (No red clothing). In any case , go Huskers!!!!!!...dman

*Lucky has to have success against the SC Defense. If not, Keller will get hammered back there. I don't know why, but I'm thinkin they've got something extra in mind for SC this year. Especially at home in lincoln. Should be fun....
