Default Bell - to fantasy draft or not to draft...

Is bell a 1,200 yard back or will the competition in the backfield lead to a RBBC?...

I voted for Bell, although you can never go wrong with an "Al Davis is a douche bag" vote.

I don't think the Broncos will have a RBBC although it would be easy to make happen. I have no doubts that Bell is a 1,200+ yard RB in this system... my issue regarding fantasy is that I don't trust the history here that the starter in week 1 will be the guy finishing with 1,200 yards. Know what I mean?

As a Broncos' fan, I love the ability to "plug and play", from a fantasy perspective I'd like more stability with "one" RB. I think Bell is a R3 talent and should be targeted as a #3 RB. I just wouldn't feel good with Bell right now as my #2...

I waited until the fifth round to draft Clinton Portis as a rookie and he was probably the reason I won that league. If you remember, Clinton fumbled three times in the last pre season game and it put him on the bench for the first couple weeks.

Depends on how your points are allocated in your league, if Bell start and stay healthy then 1200 is achievible. But the problem is that Shanny might put Anderson inside the 20 which will lose you points. I think Bell would be a good late round pick-up.

Bell is easily a 1200yd back if he wins the starting job. Whoever wins the Bronco starting role is good for at least your second RB.

I think we have to wait until the pre season. If Tatum is the established starter going into the regular season, he's not going to make it out of the second round in most drafts.

I did the samething. I think I got him and Shockey in the middle rounds. Pretty sure I just lost once that year.

Well then, looks like I won't take Bell before the 4th round and I can sleep comfortably knowing Al Davis is indeed a douchebag...

Too early yet to say. If he starts getting nicked up again, I'm staying away from him until at least the mid-late rounds.

I'd like to end up drafting Bell in a late round if possible... Since I'm in an OM league with all bronco fans, that might not happen, since I assume somebody will homer it up and take him in the 2nd or something... But for all regular leagues, Bell would be a great late round gem I think.
