NFL Blitz gives the Madden monopoly the finger
Blitz: The League
Granted its early but this game looks to have serious potential.
I don't know about you mulefans but the idea of kicking down 60 bucks or so for basically an updated roster with a subpar game that didn't even come close to ESPN's game last year is pretty ****ing offensive.
Check this out:
Anyone out there play the old Blitz games? It would kinda suck to lose the roster options but this game appears to be taking reality to a different level.
It amuses me greatly to see the dude from playmakers getting back at Tags.
I liked that show and pressuring ESPN to cancel was a b**** move on his part.

I loved the original Blitz. My boys and I would play that for hours. Didn't really play any after that though.
Are they actually going to have a player named Ron Mexico in this game like it was rumored?
I'm buying Madden in... let's see, what, 10 days now I guess, but I'll give Blitz a try, a rental at least.
Oh, and I loved Playmakers as well, that was so weak of the NFL..

2% chance I'm going to buy madden. they will need a complete gameplay overhaul to sucker me in. not features, not graphix, literal gameplay.
