Default Really nice Domonique Foxworth highlight video, very long

www.domoniquefoxworth.com/video.ram

I know its highlights but the kid looks really impressive. He has excellent speed out there, especially makeup speed when the WR makes a move to create seperation. Also seems to have very good instincts in anticipating routes to jump and makes plays in the run game too. Looks like a special athlete. 15 mins worth of highlights, enjoy!

He has a great deal of speed. Caught alot of people from behind. The play I liked is in the Clemson game were he missed the jam but he had enough closing speed to shut the play down.

I loved the superman dive against Georgia Tech. The speed is undeniable. He hustles and never lets up it looks like. It looks like he bulked up a lot from his sophomore to junior year. Couldn't be certain though because the video wasn't that great.

The main things that stuck out for me was his speed and quickness. He's got some great agility too.

True! That was a great play! He absolutely whiffed on the jam and the receiver gave him a swim move and ran wide open into the endzone. He had the agility to plant and turn, then the quicks to get back in there for the break up. The picks weren't as impressive as his deflections. Kid's a baller!

Agreed. That Raider scum was the color guy during the 1991 AFC Divisional Playoff Elway comeback win versus Houston!

Awesome closing speed.
Not afraid to put a hit on someone.
I'm still amazed at his speed.
Looks like he has a set of reciever hands.

Great highlight reel. He makes plays in every phase. He closes on short routes and delivers a solid lick. He's got nice awareness on deep balls. Excellent hands and return instincts. We even got to see him blitz. I especially love the way he competes. How many times did we see him run someone's man down from behind in the open field?

yeah great reel socal.... it's great to learn more about players than their names, stats and what some "scout" thinks about them.

Good video, seeing the kid at Maryland for couply of years, there no question he's a good CB, but I think he going to need to get stronger if he going be effective in the league.

Don't worry we'll fix that, by the time we're done with him he'll look as good as rest of defensive backfield.

As good as he looked in that video (Thanks for the find SoCal) i wonder what the other video looks like... You know, the one that made every team in the NFL pass on him multiple times until the late 3rd round?

In any event looks like he has all the tools to play on Sunday... lets hope for the best!!!

That is a good question. I know for a fact that Mike Shanahan likes for the coaching staff to put together highlight clips showing all of a player's best moments, just like the one we saw of Foxworth. I guess the theory is that they want to see what the youngsters are capable of doing at their best and they believe they can eliminate any flaws through coaching. A shakey premise in my opinion.

What I liked most about the video is that when a ball was on the ground or a QB put a duck up in the air, Foxworth was Johnny on the Spot.

Some people call that 'cherry-pickin'...I call it Ed Reed.

Jesus, he's everywhere.

Ballhawking dude man. If there's a turnover in that clip, he is just htere.

His pass defense, even without the interceptions, is impressive.

I think it was the fact that he weighs 170lbs soaking wet that caused a lot of teams to pass on him in the draft. Rather than bad play.

But even as scrawny as he is I still can't believe how physical he was getting and with effectiveness as well. Imagine him with 20lbs of muscle.

No doubt!! I had a **** eatin' grin on my face when they called his name. I was just pointing out why teams may have passed on him.
