after alot of thought , I said Probably not , but I would have hurt him , I mean bad , I would have knocked him down and then rolled him on his side , then Put him in pain and when he screams , shatter his Jaw ..... then go get a cup of coffee and think long and hard before I called for medical help .........

I wouldn't make it as a cop. I would give warnings to all hot-chicks and only ticket the ugly women and guys. Oh wait.. that would have made me a great cop.

I really don't understand why we don't use the DP for sexual offenders when the DNA matches. The guy raped a 14 yr old kid at gunpoint years ago. For me, that would warrant giving him a ride on the silver needle. He's guilty beyond any doubt, and the chances of him rehabiliting are minimal, and he was known to be a likely perpretrator on some other kid. Kill him. We kill pit bulls, don't we?

I think they need to be taught self control. To that end a glass tube inserted in the urethera should do the trick. They would still be able to urinate but should they have an erection the tube shatters and shreds their wee wee from the inside out.

I agree with the sentiment. Trouble is, by the time they get through all of the legal wrangling, trials, appeals and all that crap, everyone will have forgotten how horrible this crime was. Death penalty is effective deterent only if the crime is fresh in people's minds. I hate the fact that this **** will be supported by my tax dollars either on death row or with life in prison. I know it is against our system of jurisprudence, but I say we turn him loose in the general prison population and let the prisoners dispose of him quickly.

When people argue against the Death penalty and say it doesn't work as a deterent, I would say maybe not for everyone who wants to commit murder. But it will damn sure stop this idiot from hurting anymore kids.

Death penalty as a deterrant, debatable. Death penalty lowering recidivism...undeniable. There's one f!cker that won't be committing anymore crimes.
