Summary:

- Enjoying the little one week break till the 20th.
- This year he knows whats going on, he has been through an offseason program, knows guys and staff a little more, learned alot more of the playbook.
- Slight adjustment from Miami to Denver. Its kinda weird, freezing cold to really hot in Denver, big changes from day to day as opposed to Miami. But he is in the house most of the time so it doesnt matter too much.
- Travelled to NY, Texas before start of offseason program with friends and family. Had a good time. Will prolly go one more place, prolly to Cabo during the next small break they get after minicamp.
- Great having Jerry Rice around. Has alot of old tricks for the young guys to learn esp. how to find windows in zones and stuffs.
- Likes the Browncos. Thinks they have one of the top LB corps, big guys up front will keep guys off of us to let us make plays.
- Wilson helped him alot. He is such a professional and a hard nosed guy. Just his intensity in practice or in games you just want to match that. He is always willing to listen and talk on anything. He is great for us.
- Wants to make more big plays, did regular job well last year but wants to do above and beyond that this year wants to make big picks, cause turnovers, really focused on making big plays this year.
- Responding to question about what he has seen of Clarett and does he look the same as he did in the national title game he says first, Miami really won the Fiesta Bowl, "they cheated us" (honest DF he said that ), says Clarett is out there working hard keeping mouth shut, doing good job. He says Clarett sees the speed difference, knows he has alot of work to do and is doing it. He seems like a cool guy has talked to him a few times. He thinks Maurice will be very successful.
- Tatum Bell has impressed him alot. He is a smarter player now, has a better edge. MA is back and Q is back, came back a few days ago. Likes the RBs corps esp. with our great OL.
- Talking about the loss of KK, he says Fergy stepped in he played alot last year. We are confident. The DBs are good. The young DBs are good and they are humble. Lenny is coming back so he feels good about the back four.
- Enjoys playing LB (question about whether he likes FB or LB). LB is alot more fun. Better to hit than to get hit.

Why should he. Anywhere you put him on the football field...he's going to find a way to blow people up. He won't be limited at all switching sides...he's that good.
