Need a good spyware killer - The Orange Mane

I know that a couple of these were recommended back on the old (blue) site, but I can't access those now.

Adware has brought my home PC to its knees. Any recommendations? (Especially for free stuff?)

I know everyone is leery of the evil empire….Microsoft, but they have a free one that works pretty well

I have had good success with the microsoft product. May also want to try spyware blaster and ad-aware will help cut down some of that crap also. All have free versions
