Run DMC's Reverend Run, one of the most influential hip-hop artists of all time, has landed an MTV "Osbournes"-style reality "sitcom" about his family, "Run's House," slated to debut this fall. "My whole family is a bunch of hams," says Run, now an ordained reverend whose real name is Joey Simmons. He's the brother of hip-hop mogul (and the show's executive producer) Russell Simmons, who will also appear occasionally on "Run's House." On the show, Reverend Run and his wife, Justine, will balance recording his first solo album, "Run Love" — which was written and recorded in 10 days — with raising his five kids (ages 8-21) in tony Saddle River, N.J. Among the stories the show will follow are his oldest daughter, Vanessa — a Ford model and former Miss Teen New York — and his son Daniel, 9, (affectionately known as Diggy), an all-star junior league basketball player and aspiring rapper. "He gets driven to school in a Phantom Rolls Royce and wears a mink!" Russell Simmons says of Diggy.

Medicore TV runs ever onwards.......

I haven't bothered with it since 120 Minutes went off the air...do they even play any music videos anymore?? I know MTV2 is almost a total hip hop channel and Fuse has become Emo-central lately.........

I gave up on TV.

Hogan, MTV2 has the Rock countdown. It probably isn't your style, but it's damn good imo. A little emo heavy, but good none the less.

That said, yeah, the rest is crap.

Last time I watched MTV , Nina Blackwood ( I think that was her name )was introducing Billy Joels Up town Girl

They revived Headbangers Ball??

They can't have the same goof as before hosting it, can they? They could've at least given the show a better title.

Yep they have revived Headbangers ball, and they change up hosts from time to time and they're all in metal bands.

Currently it's Jamie Jasta, lead singer of Hatebreed, that is hosting the show, and they had Lemmy from Motorhead as a special guest on last night.

It's revived and even better now.
