Fleury still drunk?
Fleury goes off on media

LLOYDMINSTER, Saskatchewan - Former NHL star Theo Fleury verbally accosted the media and anyone else within shouting distance after his Horse Lake Thunder senior hockey team was eliminated from gaining a berth the Allan Cup (Canadian senior hockey championship) final.
Fleury, whose NHL career was disrupted by off-ice problems including substance abuse, figured he had been the main draw for the tournament.
Fleury and teammate Sasha Lakovic went on a 9-minute postgame rant after their team was eliminated in a 7-5 loss Saturday.
"Every single ticket for this event was sold out. Why? Because of the Horse Lake Thunder," said Fleury, who played briefly for the Colorado Avalanche. "Not because of the Thunder Bay Bombers or the Lloydminster whatever they call themselves. It was because Horse Lake was here."
The tournament sold out before Horse Lake qualified.
"The only reason this tournament sold out was because of yours truly right here," Fleury said. "We all know it and I'm going to say it."
Fleury chalked up the booing he received to working man's jealousy.
"Look at the source. A guy that carries a lunch pail to work every day, a frustrated human being, he doesn't want to face his problems head-to-head, so who's the perfect target? Theo Fleury," he said.
