Default Dislocated hip

I think i dislocated my hip but i think it popped back in...it hurts really bad, and its swelling.

Has anyone else ever dislocated their hip?

Duct Tape, or you might want to have an x-ray, not that it will do much good. I hurt my hip so bad skiing I make Festus look like Carl Lewis.

Dislocated my hip first year of PeeWee football in the championship game - spent 3 months in traction and had to relearn how to walk. To this day - and i'm almost 32 years old - I still have problems with the hip somewhat popping out when I sit at certain angles. Also, I dislocated my right hip but my lower left leg is still semi numb to touch.

You would REALLY know if you dislocated your hip - it's extremely painful.

She screamed like an animal....

That's when I told the doctor to stitch her up even tighter and and nurse slapped me...

If it didn't require versed and two grown men pulling your leg to reduce it... you didn't dislocate your hip.

I'm a Track & Field thrower, so I've experienced my hip problems.

Ice the hell out of it and rest for a few days. If it still hurts, see an athletic trainer or doctor. Hips are one of those injuries that it's hard to tell how serious it is.
