We'll be here waiting for you and can help! You wouldn't be the first Broncos fan I've moved to town.

Just to really get your wheels spinning take a look at how many homes are for sale via HUD. These are homes that have gone into foreclosure and are up for auction.

There were not this many good deals several years ago. This is only a very small fraction of the amount of homes for sale in the Denver area right now. This is a buyers market without a doubt.

Click on the link and select your city. ie Denver/Aurora etc

http://hud2.towerauction.net/e7/gen_list/CO.htm

Heres one I looked at the other day. 162k in Aurora. This house is 2,000 finished sq/feet. New roof, new windows, new heater...new new new The picture looks rough since nobody has done any yardwork for awhile. This house is about 20 mintues to the stadium. Or wait maybe its 20-30-50 minutes to the stadium? lmao (inside joke folks you had to be there when NY77 was trying to give us directions while driving OF1 thru New Jersey)

I'm not suggesting these are all good deals. Not all of them are but it will give you an idea of what you buy a modest home for in this area right now. Keep in mind most of these are entry level homes as those are the ones that usually end up being foreclosed on.

3lbs of the best Carne Asada meat! with all the trimmings(salsa, jalepenos, tortillas etc) We also will be packing about 90 beers and some soda oh and a bus!

A couple people asked me what to bring I'd suggest beer or something to BBQ.
Hamburgers/brats you name it.

If you see this post and can bring something to bbq post it here so we know what we'll have to work with and avoide duplication.

Bronx is Jim (I think he name was bringing some BBQ grub?)
Ok Disco and I just made a costco run. We grabbed a bunch of brats, some more chips, and other odds and ends. Oh we have a pork loin ready for back up if we need it.

We are set.

Oh one more thing

***********ANYONE HAVE A CAMCORDER****************

WE NEED ONE TOMORROW FOR SOMETHING WE ARE WORKING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did 'ol school day at 'Ol Number 7's. Put out old school flag. the Morton jersey and had everyone over wear something old school. A shutout just like the old school days. Had some 90 proof Jack Daniels that hasn't been distilled since the old days. Nursing an ol school hangover today.

Default hello all!

This is my first post here. I would just like to thank Jimmy and Mike for inviteing my family and I into the most kick a#$ bus on the planet this weekend!! I took my wife and my 5 year old daughter to the game this weekend. We just got back to Illinois, 13 hour trip. I just had to come on here to tell you all thanks and that It was really nice to hang with you all for a bit.

I go to a game in Denver every year and KC and Indy whenever possible. I will be on here quite often now and hope to see you all again next year or sooner.

Just a bit of history here. We live in Illinois right across the river from Saint Louis and the Rams. My daughter was born on superbowl sunday the year the Rams won it. Every baby in the nursery had Rams pennuts (SP?) hung in their cribs. I made the nurses take that garbage down and put her first jersey that she came home in on her crib. She is now realllllly into the Broncos. My wife says that I have her brain washed but I call it an education.

I was in the Elway throwback jersey, my wife was in the Rod Smith and my daughter had the Bailey.

Well again thanks. It was a great time!!!!

FYI, we won't be rolling out the school bus this weekend as Dan is off to the Bahamas, and with the way I drink, I ain't going to try driving a 40' piece of retired DPS equipment. Y'all can drive home safely knowing that I will be using RTD this weekend

See you this weekend,

TheRogue
are you going to be able to post the pics?

i'd love to see them.
