Darris Nash
Default Necro Football League Value Board

I've looked at so many mock drafts, I think I'm going crazy! Last night, I thought "how would you rank a draft board if you could only draft dead players?" Here's my draft board:

1. Walter Payton RB
Simply the best RB on the board.
2. Reggie White DE
Best sack artist available.
3. Derrick Thomas LB
Gotta have a good blitzer.
4. Bob Hayes WR
You can't teach speed. Born 40 years too soon.
5. Johnny Unitas QB
Will certainly go before the 19th round this time.
6. "Big Daddy" Don Lipscomb DT
Would have dominated in any era.
7. Harvey Martin DE
Another sack artist.
8. Otto Graham QB
Signal-caller that just wins and wins.
9. Ray Nitschke LB
Can't miss with a solid MLB.
10. Jerome Brown DT
Wow, that 90s Eagle d-line left quickly.
11. Doak Walker RB
Just keep him off the slopes.
12. Marion Motley FB
The Jerome Bettis of his day.
13. John Matuszak DT
Huge talent but tough to control.
14. Dick "Night Train" Lane CB
Great hitter and corner.
15. Sid Luckman QB
Another big winner under center.
16. Mike Webster C
Hall of Fame snapper.
17. Lyle Alzado DE
Much higher draft choice this time around.
18. Don Hutson WR
Packer receiving star.
19. Don Rogers S
Could have been great.
20. Joe Delaney RB
Died a hero.
21. Bobby Layne QB
Training methods very questionable.
22. Willie Gallimore RB
Speed back for the Bears before Gayle Sayers.
23. Elroy "Crazy Legs" Hirsch WR
White "speed" receiver.
24. Lou Groza OT-PK
Onetime point leader.
25. Bob Waterfield QB
The Peyton Manning of his day.
26. Henry Jordan DT
Another Packer defensive stallwart.
27. Emlen Tunnell CB
Hall of Fame corner.
28. Harold "Red" Grange RB
Football's first superstar.
29. Bronco Nagurski FB
Rough and tumble Bear from the 30s.
30. David Overstreet RB
Former Sooner and Dolphin
31. Mark Tuinei OT
Serviceable offensive tackle.
32. Charlie Tolar FB
The "Human Bowling Ball".
