Default Locking Up #7: Nuggets @ Blazers Tonight!

Nuggets @ Jail Blazers Tonight!

Going for win #41 on the season, and continuing to lock up a playoff spot.

Tomorrow's action:
Lakers @ Grizzlies
Timberwolves @ Kings

Needless to say, Go Lakers and Go Kings!

normally I wouldn't want the Lakers to win but there are exceptions.

1. they're mathamaticly eliminated from the playoffs
2. there playing a team that the Nuggets needs to lose

in these 2 cases #2 works.

I'm almost ashamed to say this, but Go Lakers

At this moment in time I'll just take a playoff place considering where we where a few months ago .

Forget that, Go Wolves! We're NOT gonna get caught from behind....we can still get the sixth seed.

Nugs win again, the let the trailgangstas back into it in the third but mid-way through the fourth they took the game back over. 11 straight over 100pts.

Nuggets played this one a lot like the Utah game the other night. Pretty listless & sloppy for the most part, but then turned it up down the stretch and got another win 103-97. That puts them at 10 games over .500 for the first time since somewhere in the 80's and now 24-6 under George Karl. This was the 11th straight game in which the Nuggets have scored 100+ points.

A couple of days off and then on to a big game in Memphis. It looks as though K-Mart should be back for that one, so the Nuggets are getting closer to full strength. It also appears as though Greg Buckner's hand injury isn't as bad as originally thought, they're predicting he'll be out a week or so.

Keep it up boys!
