A nice slow-baked ham is perfect for Easter dinner...

Looking at the replies, the Cheffan would seem a likely suspect.

I really like Ham but since my wife is a vegetarian and we are not having a bunch of people over, it looks like I am going to have something Italian....which I can't complain about...

Turkey all the way......I really have a strong dislike for Ham when it's not deli-sliced, especially when they put that brown gunk over the top of it.

Ham with a side order of deviled eggs, green bean salad and strawberry jello was on the agenda this Easter. It was fantastic...

Lamb was tough at the Easter buffet, but the prime rib was outstanding. So were the turnip greens and lady peas.

Best part was Mrs Dog and Little Girl Dog let me stay home and doze on the couch while they visited the evil witch Mrs Dog's mother, who had been sent home from the hospital on Thurs. She refuses to die. She outlived Ben and she's got me in her sites now.
