May be willing to trade up to 4 or 5 depending on the prior selections. Just putting this out there so Killerbronco and jebures can think on it.

What would you give for the 1st overall pick? 49ers looking to trade down and get more picks.

*TRADE PROPOSAL*

New Orleans would like to move up into the very late first round area from its second round spot. I have the No. 40 pick (2nd) and 82nd (3rd), this is 680 points on the value chart.
I am interested in dealing with Atlanta at 27 (Papi) that pick is equivalent value, SD at 28 (orangefan), you are getting a slight gain in value equal to about a 6th rounder or Indy at 29 (Old Dude), you are getting a gain in value equivalent to about a 5th.
If any one of you are interested please respond on this thread so i can see which offer i would like to accept among the three of you, if any are interested.

I will give you #18 and #49 to set the bar The first pick isn't really obvious.

Browns are looking to trade down a bit, but will stick at #3 if ther isn't interest around.

No moving up to #1 or #2 though, we feel that we will land the player that we want at #3, but are willing to move down to the late top 10.

1st overall for the 18th and 49th I think not......that is like half of the value for the 1st overall pick. I will stay put rather than make that trade.

Trade proposal to Mock of the Vikings:

We will trade you the #3 overall pick for your #7 and #18 overall picks.

You key to OLB Derrixck Johnson is right here...

interesting proposal. If i was mock i would reject that because they already have 3 young LBs in EJ Henderson, Dontarrius Thomas and the newly acquired Napoleon Harris....this is assuming Mock has his eye on Derrick Johnson, he may want to make sure he gets a guy like Braylon Edwards to help replace Moss though. Interesting DF. New Orleans has its draft board filled out and we have our eye zeroed in on a single prospect that we wont hesitate to pull the trigger on if he is there at no. 16 which i believe he will be.

Wll the thing is, with Minnesota losing Claiborne, they really dont have a strongside OLB, Derrick Johnson will be that and be an absolute stud there as well.

If there is no deal, Cleveland is happy to select Johnson, but with a team like Cleveland, there are gaps jsut about everywhere so trading down to acquire more picks looks like the wise choice from an organization perspective.

I'm slotted pretty good. I would trade back down anyway. Take your QB, you need one.

Nope, unless he goes in the top 2, Derrick Johnson will be our pick unless we can find a suitor to trade down.

im starting to get worried that my guy wont be there at No. 16, and my four other backup prospects at that slot i am not totally convinced on. I feel pretty good about the 5 prospects i have slotted for the No. 40 pick though.

Well, I don't see any takers. I don't know where Champ went. He paused it for no reason. noone is really anxious at that spot to trade up. I would think you should make a pick tonight for sure.

I don't have reason one to trade or I would do it.
