I went to mail.google.com and it just auto logged me in

That was happening on my work connection so I stopped checking gmail from the office.

I set up gmail on a POP 3 so I dont have to open the browser at work to checkk it.

Just comes in my Outlook. Come to think of it, I hardly ever open up gmail on the web

huh. i wish i had taken a screenshot. mail.google.com had "not 69 sex 68 lex" on it for about 10 min and i couldnt get my mail. I am in the uk. strange.

I assume "68lex" was the name of the crew

I don't use their website (use Gmail through Thunderbird) so I didn't see it.

Me too. it only lasted 10 min. it might have just been one specific server. at anyrate, all cleared up now.

lol. it actually was. i remember this. it was a crappy little splash screen that was up for less than one minute with some group bragging about how awesome it was.

good times....
