Well after my relocation tour 2004 that included Denver, Austin, Scottsdale, Portland and Raleigh, I decided on Raleigh (more specifically Cary, NC). House is listed now and should be moving by June 1st.

If I was single it would have been Denver or Scottsdale. Good luck looking

I was out home shopping with a client today. Saw some great stuff in Lakewood. Being that you are a skier and a Broncos fan/frequent downtown often in the Orange suit it's a nice location to get to those types of things. Just a quick suggestion to answer your poll. Not sure where you work though.

If all else fails I could lend you the bus and you could park it at Shotgun Willies til something comes up.

Good luck!

Excellent. I've always favored the West side of town. I don't know why everyone insists on crowding into the South side. I'd take Old Arvada over a lot of locations.

But if I had a choice it would be Urban Cowboying. I love downtown Denver and would consider it the perfect place.

I would agree with Lakewood. Close enough to Boulder, Close enough to I-70, and just right to live where hippies no longer dare, Rocky Flats. Kick in Bandemere Speedway for the Rednecks, it would be heaven.

Plus, if it doesn't work out, Red Rocks is only a few miles to the South and you can make a splat for Channel 9 News. "Disillusioned Real Estate Investor Takes Own Life", by Kent Brockman.

I would work the Foothills near Rocky Flats. Hell, this Plutonium stuff is just to scare people off. Plus, you can pick up deer for free if you cut a hole in the fence.

Move to Iceland.

Women outnumber guys 8 to 1.

There's a catch though. Beer is expensive. Around 10 bucks a pop.

(why do you mock me so God! )

Well, with a 8 to one ration, at least you wouldnt have to get em drunk on beer to score as often right?
