Dan Cody was available at the 65th pick? Good grief that is pathetic.

We need to start over because Dan Cody would have been a late 1st rounder. I mentioned him before Denver's three picks at the end of round 2 in the draft discussion thread. He still slipped by.

How amusing. Thanks for bringing that up, dimwit! There are a few more hidden jems out there, like Big Mo Clarett.

With the 69th Pick, the Oakland Raiders select Adam Seward - Linebacker UNLV

Comment - This kid had the "hardworker/overachiever" label before the combine, had a fantastic combine and may be a slight reach in this spot, but I'll reach for a guy that works hard like Ty Brayton, rather than the workout warrior type.

Default With the 70th pick

With the 70th pick of the 2005 NFL draft the Miami Dolphins select:

Jonathan Babineaux, DT, Iowa

With Tim Bowens a question mark because of injury, the Dolphins get some depth and athleticism in the defensive trenches.

The time is 9:43 EST/8:43 CST/7:43 MST/6:43PST.

Tampa Bay (jebures) is now on the clock.

With #75, Minnesota takes Mike Nugent, kicker, fixing a horrible situation on special teams.

This gives the Vikings a front 4 of Erasmus James, Pat Williams, K-Will and Udeze with Nap Harris, Cowart, and Henderson/Thomas at LB, Smoot and Winfield at corner. Brian Williams at nickle, Sharper and Chavous at safety.

Ronnie Brown will add power, speed and great hands at RB. Mock also sends Michael Bennett and a 4th pick to reunite him with Pimp Daddy Green and picks up A. Bouldin to complete the recieving corps.

#76 - Redskins selcect,

Mark Bradley, WR, Oklahoma

With Gardner at odds with the team this gives them another option at WR.
