Why the hell can't we get MoDo games televised here? It's a travesty, although less of one now since Foppa is done.

Thats why the local media and hockey related businesses are failing, they shouldbe encouraging any type of hockey coverage on local TV to keep the fans going.Right now there is nothing no effort to televise Eagles games who are kicking a-s-s in the CHL, Herhey games WHY NOT! more DU games WHY NOT? this lack of effort is hurting the local hockey fan and may hurt there return to watching or paying to see any hockey in denver. It only makes sense to show more hockey at this point with the lockout.

Well logic doesn't seem to be in abundance these days where hockey is concerned.

The Eagles, the Pioneers and the Tigers are all carried on Altitude. Probably find schedules on the website.

What a year for college hockey in Colorado! The National Champion Pioneers (3rd)play second fiddle in the ranking this year to Colorado College (1st).

On Thursday night the Tigers beat the Pios in Colorado Springs 3-0. That assures them no less than Co-Champs of the West so the home crowd gets to go nuts while they skate around with the Cup. Last night the final game of the season is the same two teams in Denver. The Pios win 5-0. Now the teams finish with identical records. Split the season 2-2, 40 points all. So now the Denver home crowd gets to see their team skate around with the Cup.

To seed the tournament they have to go to the third tiebreakers. Goals scored in head to head competition. DU edges out CC by 2. They get the number one seed, the Tigers number 2.

If you've become a college hockey fan this year in Colorado it's all been good. Too bad the media keeps pretending the sport doesn't exist. Really pisses me off. To apply the same apathy to the state of hockey in Colorado as you would to the state of hockey in North Carolina is just willful ignorance. As a fan I'm getting tired of being called "non-existant".

This is true but its very inconsistant, a game evey now and then hardly keeps a hockey fan with the program or in touch with a hockey team.
