I think its time to take down Iran. We can't even think about letting them get any closer to the big bomb. I would think its about time Bush stops messing around and send in the troops. We dont have to go leadership change here just some well places air strikes and the people of Iran will take down the leadership themselves. The UN would probebly secretly thank us for it.

Well...I wouldn't jump on that quite so fast. Not that Iran doesn't need to be dealt with.

Reason i say that...wasn't it exiled opposition groups from Iraq that said they had biological/chemical weapons?

The problem is if we wait until they have the bomb its way to late. They have the missles to hit Isreal and they will at first chance. They keep saying for energy bull**** they have more energy availible then they could use in 1,000 generations of people. They are working on the bomb and everyone knows it. Maybe Im jumping the gun here but I worry that because of Iraq we wont make a move until its too late.

I'm not disagreeing with you that we can't wait till they get it...I'm just not sure about the validity of this report.

If possible I would like to wait 1 year or more...that way we can get some more of our troops out of Iraq (ie special forces) recoup their losses before we do this. Because when/if we do this...take out their stuff...it will take ground troops/special forces and it is going to be bloody.

Part of what I took out of the State of the Union speech is that a free Iraq will be more likely to help us in our fight against terrorists in Syria and Iran. We established a foothold in the Middle East with Iraq and now it's time to get rid of terrorists elsewhere.

Nice to see that I wasn't the only one who thought that.

I was very happy to hear the word "syria" come out of his mouth.

You know thats where saddam hide all the WMDs. They have pictures of trucks taking them into Syria. Its all right there in black and white. dimwits. I told you all the whole time the WMD are located in the desert of Syria. Hotrod told you but nobody is listening dimwits. The whole problem lies at the doorstep of the UN. UN they know where the WMD's are.

By the way my cat just humped my leg.

I don't think you can eradicate all terrorists....

With NK having nukes - blame clinton & rumsfeld for that one - clinton OK'd dealings with NK, and rumsfelds company sold them equipment.

Just like russia is helping iran build nukes - not to mention the russians claiming that their military members helped the terrorists take over that school as well....

hell, I think we ought to arm the iranian students with weapons and technology, openly support them from bases in Iraq and afghanistan. Foment a revolution to overthrow the mullocracy. wait.... nevermind.
